The estate’s second wine, the name may translate to “perhaps” or “if only” and is from fruit grown in a combination of terre brune and terre blanche, white soils with stones and pebbles.
Its grape variety distribution is 50% Merlot, 25% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Cabernet Franc, aged in new and somewhat used barriques for 18 months followed by no less than six months of bottle aging. It is classified Toscana IGT.
