This cognac comes directly from Paradise, at least thats what one could think reading the name. Actually it comes from the 19th century: Cognac Hennessy Paradis is a XO, and comes in a 70 cl decanter, 40% ABV. Its blend is a very fine one, combining over 100 different eaux-de-vie spirits, some of them were distilled in 1880.
The Paradis color is bronze-copper, on the nose: Some notes reveal some slight pepper, spicy aromas – then fruits and dry roses. On the palate: We discover a delicate rancio, full fruits – finally a bomb of different aromas, great balanced length and very round.
