Since 1921, Champagne Collet has elaborated champagnes of true character in order to satisfy a clientele of discerning connoisseurs, who look for champagne based upon its authenticity, elegance and finesse. Based in Aÿ at the heart of Champagne, Champagne Collet sources predominantly from a supply of Premier and Grand Crus, and as a result, reflects the diversity of terroirs within Champagne. Champagne Collet has been developed so that it matches perfectly all occasions, from everyday moments to the most sophisticated of dining experiences. Collet’s vision of the champagne industry is one in which winegrowers stand united, not in maintaining the status quo, but rather in boldly defending the industry’s legacy of traditional know-how, impeccable quality, and excellence at every step of the way from wine to glass. Collet Brut

Collet Brut is the distinctive cuvée and identity of Maison Collet, harmoniously combining Champagne’s three main grape varieties: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. Aged for a minimum of three years in ideal conditions in our one hundred-year-old chalk cellars. We intentionally age our wines longer than the officially required period (minimum 15 months) so as to provide our customers with champagne that is at its optimum. Light golden-amber color. Toasted brioche aromas with fine citrus notes. Powerful and full-bodied revealing great freshness and amazing length.

Collet Art-Déco

Collet Art Deco, clear and elegant champagne is the symbol of Collet’s demand for excellence. Its balance and freshness makes it perfect to drink on any occasion. Main grape varieties: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. Aged for a minimum of four years in ideal conditions in our one hundred-year-old chalk cellars. We intentionally age our wines longer than the officially required period (minimum 15 months) so as to provide our customers with champagne that is at its optimum. Bright crystal like appearance displaying a fine and elongated bead. Powerful, fruit driven nose with floral and mineral overtones derived from the Chardonnay component. High noted start with subtle richness and distinguished mid palate texture leading to a long and fresh finish.

Collet Millesime 2006

Collet Millesime 2006 an exceptional and powerful wine retaining purity and freshness, to add further depth and complexity 64% of Collet Collection Privée was partially aged in small oak barrels coming from the Champagne region. 66% Chardonnay and 34% Pinot Noir. Aged for a minimum of six years at ideal conditions in our one hundred-year-old chalk cellars. We intentionally age our wines longer than the officially required period (minimum 15 months) so as to provide our customers with champagne that is at its optimum. Pale yellow highlights with a fine elongated bead. Smoky, vanilla, brioche and walnut notes. Subtle yet lifted palate, rare finesse and extraordinary length.
